Posto helps you decide what to reorder and sends purchase orders for you. You stay in charge of what you buy. Billing runs through Shopify, there's no contract, and you can cancel anytime.
These terms are between you, the Shopify merchant who installs Posto, and [Company legal name] ("Posto," "we," "us"). By installing or using Posto, you agree to them. If you use Posto for a business, you confirm you can agree for that business.
Posto's recommendations come from your sales history, the settings you choose, and standard inventory math. They're estimates, not guarantees. Sales can change, suppliers can run late, and data can be incomplete. You decide what to order, and you're responsible for your purchase orders, your agreements with suppliers, and checking costs and quantities before you send anything.
Your store's data stays yours. You can export it at any time, and Posto deletes it about 48 hours after you uninstall. Our privacy policy explains what Posto reads and how it's used.
We may suspend access if Posto is misused, and we'll tell you why unless we're not allowed to.
We work to keep Posto running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or improve features. If we ever stop offering Posto, we'll give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.
[Attorney to draft: disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and any cap, such as fees paid in the prior 12 months.]
You can stop using Posto at any time by uninstalling it. We can end these terms with notice, or right away if you seriously break them.
